You had plans. Neat, color-coded, bullet-pointed plans.
Then God flipped the page.
Not to punish, but to redirect.
The detour was not random, it was rescue.
Joseph planned to marry Mary quietly.
Moses planned to die a shepherd.
Paul planned to arrest Christians.
None of them planned to change history.
God’s interruptions rarely come with explanations,
but they always come with intention.
When He wrecks your routine, it is because His route leads to purpose.
“The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.” (Proverbs 16:9)
So let Him interrupt.
Let Him rewrite.
Sometimes the divine plan only starts
after yours collapses.
Reflection Question: Are you fighting God’s interruptions, or trusting they might be His invitations?
Plans fall like paper,
God rewrites with steady hands,
Grace corrects our maps.
